TMIB Request Fails for First Occurrence in a MSSQ (Doc ID 2045581.1)

Symptoms

In a MSSQ configured with MIN=2 and MAX=2, when shutting down the first server occurrence, the status of the stopped server can not be retrieved.

There is no problem for the second server instance.
