How to Upgrade a WebLogic Portal (WLP) Domain

The WebLogic Portal (WLP) upgrade process consists of the following upgrades:
1) Upgrading the portal application
2) Upgrading the portal domain
3) Upgrading the portal database
The upgrade process has been outlined in Overview of the Upgrade Process to WebLogic Portal. This document provides additional information and focuses specifically on step 2, upgrading a portal domain to WLP 10.3.6 (latest version available). It will also cover troubleshooting tips for some common issues that may arise during the domain upgrade process.
