Content Basket Downloaded Web View-able Content Does Not Display PDF Watermark (Doc ID 2048362.1)

Symptoms

PDF Watermark component is configured in 11g environment.
When clicking on the Web View-able link, PDF Watermark displays on the document as expected.
However, bulk downloading the content using Content Basket, download option to download selected web viewable content, PDF Watermark does not display on the content within the zip file.
