FRM-92104 A Network Error Or Server Failure Has Occurred After Machine Reboot - FRM-91230, FRM-93654, FRM-93656 (Doc ID 2049501.1)

 1.Clients receive the following message as an alert or in the java console:

FRM-92104: A network error or server failure has occurred. The request was sent to the wrong application server (not the one which created the session). The Forms client has attempted to migrate the session %s time(s) without success. You will need to restart your application.

2. The formsapp-diagnostic.log contains disconnect errors such as the following:

[2015-08-18T04:07:45.509-05:00] [WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93654] [oracle.forms.servlet] [tid: 12] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: 0057P90FNdLA_M5DVRzW4c0005XK000E7A,0:1] [APP: formsapp#11.1.2] [FORMS_SESSION_ID: WLS_FORMS.formsapp.239] [URI: /forms/lservlet;jsessionid=1cv1VS1chLDpvvZPX73ZNFrCzqMMcfGmH3KCMW4cqXMCp7FgfnXL!794365657] [SRC_CLASS: oracle.forms.servlet.RunformProcess] [SRC_METHOD: fromFrmwebToODL] Runtime process 4219 is terminating due to external action.


  Note:  The FRM-92104 will not appear in any server logs.  It is only reported on the client.

3.  In some cases, if load balancing amongst multiple managed servers, a skewed distribution of frmweb processes amongst the managed servers may be noted before the problem occurs.


 Reboot of server machine.
