Goal

On Webcenter Content server domain, by default any user that is from a Weblogic LDAP provider can get logged into the WCC.

This isn't a Content Server security threat, in order to access content, that user would have to be a member of an LDAP group that maps to a Content Server role.

Any user without the designated role would get anonymous user access only.

However, it may still be desirable to designate that only certain users can log into the WCC at all.
