Error: Unable to Execute Service GET_SEARCH_RESULTS When Document Explorer is Used to Search Documents. (Doc ID 2051303.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 BP8 integrated with WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8 BP10 using Framework Folders services, when search is done from the Document Explorer taskflow using  the search bar, the following error is generated :


In Browser:

"Oracle Content Server error: Unable to execute service GET_SEARCH_RESULTS and function getSearchResults. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged."

 




In the WebCenter Content Server logs:
