Symptoms

Unable to log into Database via EUS while configured with OVD
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied.

OID as the metadata repository storing registered databases.

AD as user store.

 

DB Trace reports the following error

kzldsearch_ext -s sub -b cn=Users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com
search filter: uid=<USERNAME>
KZLD_ERR: failed the search 28304.
number of entries: 0
KZLD_ERR: 28304
KZLD_ERR: failed to locate user of name <USERNAME>
KZLD is doing LDAP unbind
