In a secured ADF application with custom login page, when in weblogic-application.xml the Enable URL rewriting for session tracking check-box is unchecked and Cookies are disabled, in the Internet Explorer 9 browser the application fails with a message like: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" because "/faces/_noloopbackerror_" page cannot be loaded.
The expected behavior is to see the default error: "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on and launch the original URL" defined under URL "/faces/_noloopbackerror_"
