Cookies Disabled In Browser And Url-rewriting-enabled False (Doc ID 2052825.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, ADF Administration (Deployment, Config, Patching, Upgrade, HA, etc.)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a secured ADF application with custom login page, when in weblogic-application.xml the Enable URL rewriting for session tracking check-box is unchecked and Cookies are disabled, in the Internet Explorer 9 browser the application fails with a message like: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" because "/faces/_noloopbackerror_" page cannot be loaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expected behavior is to see the default error: "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on and launch the original URL" defined under URL "/faces/_noloopbackerror_"
