How to disallow same file to be checked in to same Framework Folder (Doc ID 2052857.1)

Folders_g by default would disallow the same file to be checked in as duplicate to the Contribution folder where it is already existing . Unlike this , with Framework Folders , the default behavior is to allow such a scenario where in the original file name is renamed to <Copy of Original name>. 

This functionality can be controlled using a set configuration variable that can be set in the checkin service binder.

This article describes how to achieve this functionality using Rule to stop duplicate file (with same original name) to be checked in to Framework Folder .
