Unable To Create Batch Input Job In WFR Designer and Error "Connection to the job failed. Invalid Username/password." Occurs (Doc ID 2052875.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a job in Designer to connect to the WFR database, the follow error reads:

An error occured!

Error number: -2147467259

Description:
Connection to the job failed. Invalid Username/password.

 

Changes

The Administrator password was updated from web verifier. 

Also when the "Export to Database" button is selected, a "Project Authentication" message  appers saying "No Administrator rights for Database".
