Exalogic Guest vServer Shutdown Takes Long Time When Done From EMOC (or) Using "shutdown" Command (Doc ID 2054487.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic virtual releases, issue of guest vServer taking long time around 30 minutes is seen. The issue happens when shutting down the vServer from EMOC or using "shutdown -h now" command by logging into the vServer.

Below is the snippet of messages seen when running xm console command on the guest vServer UUID.
