Change in Document Quality for Enterprise Capture Images Committed to "PDF Image-Only" Document Output Format (Doc ID 2054981.1)

Symptoms

When documents scanned in Enterprise Capture are committed to "PDF Image-Only", the quality has degraded.  The quality of these PDF documents had previously been acceptable quality and there are no known changes to the Capture system.

Changes

 A new Inbound Refinery was configured on the same server the Capture server resides on.
