fFileName Changed After Exporting and Importing with Framework Folders Table
(Doc ID 2055120.1)
Last updated on APRIL 11, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.8.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server using Framework Folders
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When archiving an item in a folder from a source server to a target server, the item gets replicated correctly and placed in the folder.
However, on the target server, the Content Information page shows the folder path pointing to the filename as <did>/<ext> rather than the actual filename.
Example:
Source server shows Folder Path: /Enterprise Libraries / cp / WebContent / ContactUs / WaitTime / ChkPublishQA.txt
Target server shows Folder Path: /Enterprise Libraries / cp / WebContent / ContactUs / WaitTime / 2483.txt
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the target server shows the correct filename in the folder path on the Content Information page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the source server, export an item in a folder. Include the folders tables in the archive.
2. On the target server, import the item.
3. Check the folder path on the Content Information for the item on the target server.
