Symptoms

Capture Commit Server is not committing any batches. The error message in the commit server log file states:

Failed to commit batch EMAIL_E0827155886319. Error Number: 40007, Error: Commit Profile - OFR Commit: The following error was reported by PrereleaseDocument. Error Number: 1004 Error Description: Document output format is configured for single page output - unable to generate document file names based on index values.
