Is It Possible To Get And Put Attribute To The Message In A SLA Filter?
(Doc ID 2057238.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 20, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle API Gateway - Version 11.1.2.1.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Question 1:
There is a desire to add custom attribute to the messages but it is not possible. The filter doesn't allow adding custom attributes to the messages.
Also, the attributes created in the filter (like: <ATTIBUTE1>, <ATTRIBUTE2>, <ATTRIBUTE3> ) can be retrieved outside of the filter. Looks like the environment of these variables are local to the filter.
So, there are two issues:
1- Adding custom attributes to the filter message
2- Getting the attributes created in the filter and use this in another part of the policy
The following document was followed to configure the filter:
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39820_01/doc.11121/gateway_docs/content/sla_sla_filter.html
Why with Alert filter is it possible to perofrm the activity but not with SLA filter?
Question 2:
Is it possible to incorporate variables generated by OAG, and implement them within the SLA flter message?
Question 3:
Is it possible to use variables of the filter outside the filter structure?
