Cannot Create Integrated WebLogic Server In JDeveloper with a Port Other Than 7101 (Doc ID 2058730.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Integrated WebLogic Server in JDeveloper, in the prompt window (to set username, password, interface and ports) if the port is set to a port different from default 7101, the log window shows XSD validation errors for the config.xml file and the server does not start.

This issue doesn't happen in 11gR1 releases.
