Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, when creating a Procedure and attempting to set a technology (such as Oracle or XML) at the Procedure Definition level or at each step level, the technology is not listed in the selection drop-down. The user is then unable to set the desired or required technology.
