Symptoms
Attempt to open Folder with name that contains consecutive number/pound character (#) fails to open (e.g. abc##def). Folder name width a single number/pound (#) character (e.g. abc#def) will open successfully. Parameter 'FrameworkFoldersExcludeIllegalPathChars=#' is configured to allow the number/pound (#) character.
