WebCenter Portal Direct URL Does Not Work If A Page Is Added Under A Folder

Symptoms
Direct URL link is not working when under a folder on a page.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a folder for a portal:
a. Go to a Portal, select Manage All Settings.
b. Select Pages on the left pane.
c. Click on the + symbol for a dropdown list, and select folder to create a folder. - Create a page under this folder by selecting the folder and clicking on the + symbol and from the dropdown select New Page.
- Click on the direct url link on the page summary page /portal/PortalSite1/newfolder/New Page16
Error message is returned:
The page you requested is not found. - If the link is pasted into a new browser, a 'Page Not Found' message is returned.
