Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.8 version, BPEL Service Engine

Function "xp20:format-dateTime" no longer works with dateTime values having time zone offsets after applying Bundle Patch 8.

Examples:

xp20:format-dateTime("2015-08-20T12:00:00+02:00","[D01][M01][Y01][H01][m01]")
xp20:format-dateTime("2015-08-20T12:00:00","[D01][M01][Y01][H01][m01]")
