Goal

How to Change WebCenter Content (WCC) Profile Trigger used by EBS or PSFT Managed Attachments.

NOTE:  Out of the box,  WCC Managed Attachment used by EBS and Peoplesoft uses the EBSProfile or the PSFTProfile.  The profile is triggered by the xIdcTrigger EBSProfile or PSFTProfile values.
