Email notifications are empty after applying Bundle Patch 7 and JDK 1.7 (Doc ID 2062579.1)

Goal

 Customer upgraded from BPM/SOA 11.1.1.7.6 to 11.1.1.7.7 and they also upgraded to JDK 1.7 from JRockit.

 After this the notification mails are sent , but with no content (no body).

 In the logs there is a handshake error between SOA and OHS:

 

[2015-09-23T17:17:31.4786-04:00] [OHS] [ERROR:32] [] [core.c] [host_id: hostname] [host_addr: ip] [pid: 20697] [tid: <TID>] [user: user] [VirtualHost:<hostname:PORT>]  nzos handshake error, nzos_Handshake returned 29039(server <hostname:PORT>, client IP)
