Character Set Conversion at Table or Column Level in MYSQL (Doc ID 2062719.1)

Goal

When the primary database is configured with character_set_server =latin1 and table is defined as utf8 if the utf8 characters are written using latin1 connection then goldengate fails to replicate properly.
