OSB 12.1.3 - XQuery 1.0 DayTimeDuration function syntax error after converting from Xquery 2004 (Doc ID 2063112.1)

After importing an 11g OSB project into JDeveloper (12.1.3) is is seeing the following error related to the use of the "dayTimeDuration" function.


Symptoms

Error in XQuery resource file after migration.

An error occurred compiling the XQuery resource: {http://www.w3.org/2005/xqt-errors}XPST0017: "{http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions}subtract-dateTimes-yielding-dayTimeDuration": unknown function (or number of arguments (2) is wrong) .
