CG Production reports Warning on connecting to Weblogic AdminServer

Symptoms
This is a Weblogic specific issue.
During the startup of CG Production server, the following messages were found in server's stdout:
The server is up and running, though on WLS Admin console the server's status is Shutdown.
Changes
-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true was added to the managed server where CG Production (cg and cas) is deployed.
