Tuxedo TMA CRM Process Not Distributing The Load On HA Tuxedo GWSNAX Servers (Doc ID 2064093.1)

Symptoms

According to the Tuxedo TMA for SNA documentation (starting in release 12.1.1):

Multiple SNA Gateways Connecting to a Single CRM
Load Balancing for Inbound Request
TMA SNA adapter takes advantage of the load balancing features to dispatch a request from mainframe to current active SNA gateways that are connecting to CRM. The request from mainframe to GWSNAX is always load balanced via round-robin method

but requests between a CRM,  on a mainframe, and GWSNAX are not being distributed with any apparent load balancing.
