Upgrading patch-set 11 for WLS 10.3.6 version with AdminChannel configured, OSB will not be able to connect to remote JMS servers. (Doc ID 2064738.1)

Symptoms

It was discovered that having OSB proxy service connecting to remote weblogic JMS destinations, below exception been thrown. This only happens if you have configured Admin Channel and having WLS PSU-5 or above.

Note: This issue doesn't exists in WLS 10.3.6 PSU-4 or below.
