How to resolve Error receiving request from xx.xx.xx.xx (SSL_ERROR_UNKNOWN_CA_ALERT) Error while accessing Oracle Traffic Director Administration GUI (Doc ID 2065124.1)

In a scenario where the user Not able to open OTD (Oracle Traffic Director) Admin console page. But the Admin Server server started and running fine.

The following error is seen in the server.log:

[2015-10-01T06:59:58-05:00] [admin-server] [ERROR:32] [OTD-10355] [] [pid: PID] Error receiving request from xx.xx.xx.xx (SSL_ERROR_UNKNOWN_CA_ALERT: Client does not recognize and trust the CA that issues server certificate.)

This indicates the browser doesn't trust the certificate presented and refused the connection.
