Symptoms

Bulk Load Content into WCC slow - intradoc.common.FileUtilsLockDirectory.waitForShortTermDirectoryAc

When loading content into the Clustered WCC instances performance is slow and we can see in the traces the longest times are spent waiting for file lock of the user's profile folder.

We are loading content using a custom RIDC application, when running in a non-cluster environment we have no issues.
