Using 18.104.22.168 version of Oracle API Gateway
When attempting to upgrade an OAG 22.214.171.124.0 installation to OAG 126.96.36.199.0 using the steps outlined in the documentation (<Document:1931302.1> How To Upgrade An OAG 188.8.131.52.0 Cluster Installation To 184.108.40.206.0 Version), the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. OAG 220.127.116.11.0 is up and running (with a default installation).
2. Install OAG 18.104.22.168.0 in a different location, separate from the location where the 22.214.171.124.0 version is installed.
3. Start the upgrade script (sysupgrade --clean) as indicated in the documentation.
4. The error will be sent to the sysupgrade.log file.
