Symptoms

In a two-node Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) high availability (HA) Java EE cluster, the odiconsole web application fails to start on the second node while oraclediagent web app is ACTIVE and working on both nodes.

The following error is observed in the weblogic log of the second node:
