Purpose

 The patch to bring your Content Server up to version 11.1.1.9.4 (Bundle Patch 4, or OPatch 21833504) brings some new functionality to Content Server that won't formally be announced until the release of the first patch for Content Server 12c.  If you download BP4 with the intent of installing it, you must be aware of a few things, first.
