Goal
In an 11.1.1.8.8 Webcenter Portal installation, after creating a portal and including the Publisher Task Flow and Activity Stream Task flow within it, then customizing the Activity Stream to only display information relating to "Me and My Connections" and "No Portals", an activity published by a user is not seen in the activity stream by that user or their connections.
If the same is repeated on the Home page, the activity displays immediately.
Why is this occurring, and is there a way of making the activity be displayed?
