WebCenter Content (WCC) Content UI (ADF WebUI) CheckIn or Move Fails when Duplicate File is Already in the Target Folder (Doc ID 2070916.1)

Symptoms

Attempt to check-in file or move content (example:  abc.txt) into a folder, via WCC Content UI,  fails with message when file (abc.txt) is a duplicate in the target folder.  Message:
"An item with the specified name already exists"

CheckIn file or Move content into a folder where the file was previously checked in works correctly in WCC Native UI.
