How to Define Static Node Id For A Coherence Member? (Doc ID 2073751.1)

Goal

When a Coherence node is started (or restarted), it automatically assigns a new id for proxy or storage nodes.  Is there a way to define a static node id to them so that every time a node is restarted the node id does not change?
