Symptoms

I am trying to configure the Veridata Agent as windows service, but it is failing with the below error:

[2015-10-12 17:01:25] [994 prunsrv.c] [error] Failed creating java C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll
[2015-10-12 17:01:25] [1269 prunsrv.c] [error] ServiceStart returned 1
[2015-10-12 17:01:25] [info] Run service finished.
[2015-10-12 17:01:25] [info] Procrun finished.
