Symptoms

In SOA 12.1.3.0.0 environment, unable to login to Worklist application using the users from the Active Directory.

Seeing the following in the log file:

Exception:
User not found.
User "xxxxuser" is not found in configuration "jazn.com"
Check if the user exists in the repository specified by the configurations. Check the error stack and fix the cause of the error. Contact Oracle Support Services if error is not fixable.
