The "resume -d all" dmadmin Command Changes Remote Services Status to AVAILable Even Theses Ones Are not Actually Available On Remote Domain (Doc ID 2075629.1)

Goal

Problem Summary

Remote Services status is wrongly set to AVAILABLE after running resume -d yourLocalDomainName -all  command against dmadmin.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------

After running the "resume -d all" command the services published by the target remote domain

When using "resume -d all" command the imported service status are shown as AVAILable whatever the remote Domain is actually up or not.

Therefore when calling the remote service published by an unavailable remote domain it fails, aside this failure call the remote service stays in AVAILalbe status and not switching to SUSPended.
