Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
--------------------
Gateway Metric Service status is reported incorrectly in OEM when the actual OAG services are up. Plugin version is 12.1.0.1.4

ERROR
--------

There is no error. The status in OEM shows OAG to be down while it is up

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
OAG instance is up and running.


STEPS
------
1. Integrate OEM by using the OEM plugin 12.1.0.1.4 in OAG 11.1.2.1
2. Observe the OEM showing the OAG to be down
3. Check the status of the OAG using OAG API Manager which is up and running
