Symptoms
When running Webutil 12c, some functionalities may fail with:
FRM-92091: unexpected fatal error in client-side Java code
In the Java console the following error can be seen:
Java Exception:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal base64 character
Known functionalities to be affected:
- WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.AS_TO_CLIENT
- WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.AS_TO_CLIENT_WITH_PROGRESS
- WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.DB_TO_CLIENT
- WEBUTIL_FILE_TRANSFER.DB_TO_CLIENT_WITH_PROGRESS
- CLIENT_IMAGE.WRITE_IMAGE_FILE
