Symptoms
Contributor UI takes too much time (20 seconds or more), to open an asset edit form. However otherwise the performance and responsiveness of other UI screens is normal.
Time debug (com.fatwire.logging.cs.time=DEBUG) shows element OpenMarket/Gator/AttributeTypes/WebReferences as being specifically slow:
