Goal
The procedure to configure Exalogic Guest vServers to generate vmcore upon crash, as described in this document, applies to the following EECS releases on Exalogic in a Virtualized configuration:
2.0.6.0.1 and higher
- Oracle Linux 5 guests running UEK1 kernel 2.6.32-400.34.1.el5uek
2.0.6.1.1 and higher
- Oracle Linux 5 guests running UEK1 kernel 2.6.32-400.34.1.el5uek
- Oracle Linux 6 guests running UEK2 kernel 2.6.39-400.214.5.1.el6uek
2.0.6.2.x
- Oracle Linux 5 guests running UEK1 kernel 2.6.32-400.34.1.el5uek
- Oracle Linux 5 guests running UEK2 kernel 2.6.39-400.247.1.el5uek (or higher)
- Oracle Linux 6 guests running UEK2 kernel 2.6.39-400.214.5.1.el6uek (or higher)
