2. Step to set OPSS security store to Oracle database fails. Command failing:

$ ./wlst.sh $ORACLE_HOME/common/tools/conffigureSecurityStore.py -d /oracle/middleware/user_projects/domains/idm_domain -c IAM -p ******** -m create
