Symptoms
- Oracle Identity and Access Management 11.1.2.3.0 has been installed and Oracle Access Management (OAM) has been configured as per the Installation Guide.
- The Database Security Store was configured successfully.
- On first startup of AdminServer the following error is seen in the log:
