Exalogic Virtual: No Network Interfaces On Newly Created Guest vServer From EMOC (Doc ID 2078920.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.x Virtual racks, when new vServer creation is attempted from EMOC, Job succeeds. We can also see that the selected IP is assigned to the newly created to the vServer as seen in below screenshot.

But the vServer is not accessible via SSH. Even PING fails on all the IP's of the created guest vServer.
