OIM Approval Notifications Do Not Use the SSO Address (Doc ID 2079071.1)

Symptoms

The approval notifications from the DefaultRequestApproval composite contain a link for approvers to access the task. 
In environments which have SSO configured, the link is pointing to the internal load balancer address instead of using the external address which your end users should use to access the Identity Self Service UI.
