How to Insert Rows From Top in a Multi Record Block (Doc ID 207914.1)

Symptoms

 

While inserting records in a Multi Record block the records usually are inserted
from top to bottom (cursor always moves to the next record). How do we always
insert a record from Top so that the existing records will be pushed one level
down always when a new record is inserted which is similar to a Stack.
