Symptoms

 

 You have created a block based on Stored Procedure. The Block is based on
packaged procedure created in the Forms Builder or Database. The block is 
created successfully ,but when you run you get compilation errors similiar to

 'wrong number or types of arguments in call to POPULATE_TABLE'
