Goal

Sometimes when WebLogic is used to serve as a web server or used to download files via some deployed application, the file comes corrupted or with junk characters. For example, if we need to open a doc, ppt, pdf, xls files etc, the downloaded file would not render properly. Instead, it will open in HTML format rendering all junk characters.
