When Attempting To Run Pasteconfig.sh During The Unpack A 'Java.lang.outofmemory' Error Is Reported (Doc ID 2080215.1)

Symptoms

During the run of pasteConfig.sh the following is encountered while the domain is unpacked:

INFO : Nov 11, 2015 12:21:44 - CLONE-23283  Unpack Domain.
<< read template from "/<PATH>/<DIRECTORY>/packed_template.jar"
>>  succeed: read template from "/<PATH>/<DIRECTORY>/packed_template.jar"
<< set config option ServerStartMode to "prod"
>>  succeed: set config option ServerStartMode to "prod"
<< write Domain to "<OAM_DOMAIN>"
Exception in thread "Thread-1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
       at java.util.Arrays.copyOfRange(Arrays.java:2694)
       at java.lang.String.<init>(String.java:203)
